To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following.Ģ. ![]() If even that doesn't resolve it, then it is the camera itself, and you would need to (if it is still under warranty) contact the manufacturer about a repair/replacement, and if not under warranty, then choose where you wish to get it repaired. This should be saved for last though, as it would wipe all data off the device. If it still happens when in "Safe Mode" then the OS may be the problem, leading the tablet to need a "Hard Reset". If this is what is going on, then you would need to uninstall/remove this problem app, file, etc., from the tablet. If it works fine in "Safe Mode" then you have an app or other file (malware, virus, etc.,) on the tablet that is accessing the camera when it shouldn't be. ![]() Should that not resolve it, try starting the tablet in "Safe Mode" and then try to access the camera. ![]()
